You are looking at a Holden Lower Tailgate Seal to suit; Panel Van Lower Tailgate HK HT HG This seal has the clips installed in the rubber to fit straight to the tailgate. Hint: First check the way the ends fit in to the lower tailgate. Make sure that the seal is not back to front as to not to fit the rubber the wrong way around. Once the rubber is clipped to the tailgate reinstall the self-tappers through the metal brackets to complete the fitment of the seal.
