You are looking at a NEW Tailgate Lower Rubber Seal to suit; EJ EH Station Wagon Tailgate (end gate) rubber seal which fits to the lower tailgate of the vehicle. This is a glue on rubber Hint: Remove the tailgate off the vehicle, place it carefully on a clean surface with clean rags/ towels to rest the tailgate on to avoid scratching and damage, then prep/ clean the tailgate and rubber then glue the rubber to the tailgate.
